2.3 Message Frequency & Costs
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Welsh for House does not charge for messages beyond your carrier's standard rates.
2.4 How to Opt Out
You may cancel the SMS program at any time by texting STOP to the short code or toll-free number from which you receive messages. After you send the message STOP, we will send you a message confirming your unsubscription. You will no longer receive SMS messages from this program. If you want to rejoin, text the keyword again or sign up through our website.

2.6 Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major US and Canadian wireless carriers. Coverage and reliability may vary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable voting age in your jurisdiction, and a subscriber (or have the account holder's permission) of the mobile number you provide, to opt in to our SMS program.
4. Donations
If you make a donation through our website, you represent that:
- You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (if required by applicable campaign finance law)
- The funds are your own and not provided by another person or entity
- You are not a foreign national, federal contractor, or otherwise prohibited from contributing under applicable law
- You meet any applicable contribution limits
Donation processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. Welsh for House is not responsible for errors caused by the payment processor.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or SMS program to:
